Terms of use

Professional reference use

DrBaker organizes clinical references, ICD-10 mappings and text evidence for authorized clinical and preauthorization work. Evidence percentages measure alignment of entered text with guideline content; they do not establish a diagnosis, clinical certainty, medical necessity or an insurer approval decision. Treatment depends on the patient, clinical setting and the relevant medicine label. Coverage entries describe the rules represented in the library and are not a universal insurer contract.

Your account and responsibilities

Use your own account, provide accurate profile details and protect your sign-in. Regular members may search, read, check evidence, save favourites and manage their own account. Only the owner’s Manager account may maintain the shared library and create or allow regular accounts. Do not submit information you are not authorized to use, attempt to bypass access controls, or redistribute the library as your own commercial product without the publisher's authorization.

Invite-only accounts

Visitors see the sign-in page; the clinical library is private. Public registration is closed. Manager creates or approves regular accounts and provides their sign-in credentials. An approved regular account includes the complete topic library and 10 successful attachment reads per account; failed or cancelled reads do not count. Subscribers with a current active paid period receive the maximum supported attachment allowance. Data export is restricted to unlocked Managers. No recurring charge is started when Manager creates an account. Paid plans, if introduced, require an explicit checkout showing the price, billing interval and applicable terms before purchase. An invitation does not authorize a future paid subscription.

Cancellation and account deletion

When a paid subscription is available, you can cancel renewal from Account settings and retain access through any remaining paid period shown by the payment service. Refund terms will be disclosed with the paid offer; no paid refund policy is asserted for the current free launch. Account deletion removes your DrBaker profile and favourites, and stops any active subscription before completion. Shared guideline content and de-identified maintenance records remain.

Content and licensing

Baker Medical Guide owns the supplied original guideline wording and original product code. Referenced third-party medical materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Links and summaries do not imply endorsement. The PDF and OCR components include their required open-source notices, available on the licensing page.

Service changes and contact

We may update references and features or suspend access for misuse. Contact bakermedical1@gmail.com for account, subscription, privacy or content questions. These terms do not remove any rights that applicable law requires.
